The Ad Club of Boston

Yesterday I had the honor of speaking to a group of about 300 women at the Ad Club of Boston's Women's Leadership Forum at the Mandarin Hotel in Boston. What a great group of women. The energy in the room was incredible. After I spoke, I had to run out the door because one of my kids was home sick so I didn't have a real opportunity to connect with too many people participating in the day. I have since spoken to one woman, however, who is exctied to get involved with Beyond the 11th. She is now planning a screening of Beyond Belief in her hometown of Newburyport, MA. There are so many reasons that I continue to tell my story and talk about the work that Beyond the 11th does, raise money, raise awareness... but also the idea of moving someone to action. That is a good feeling!
